Sparring set defence video for level one defences has been uploaded to all of the grade-level members areas.

Later today we will upload the other sparring set videos as follows:

Level Two: All groups from Purple/White belt upwards

Level Three: All groups from 1st Kyu upwards

Level Four: All groups from Shodan upwards

Level Five: Nidan’s group only

These are a great reference and form part of our official grading syllabus so try to memorise them all, remember, practice makes progress!
